In addition to providing care and support to chronically and terminally ill individuals and their loved ones, Hospice of Napa Valley and Adult Day Services of Napa Valley offer a variety of community services and programs, from support groups to speakers for civic organizations and more.
Community Outreach:
Mind Boosters
Mind Boosters, a community outreach program of Adult Day Services of Napa Valley, is a program for people with mild memory loss. Through memory retraining, social interaction, physical and mental stimulation the goal of this four-hour weekly program is to support and assist those facing early memory loss. To attend, participants must have the desire to improve their memory and be willing to take part in a group with others facing similar issues. Time is set aside each day for sharing, socializing and having lunch together. A fee is assessed which covers lunch and all materials. Contact: Celine Regalia or Nivedita Glace, 707-258-9087, for further information
